For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on any jewelry products, including earrings, gold-plated items and handmade pieces. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Defective Items
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item has a manufacturing fault or is significantly different from the description. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
Exclusions
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to exposure to water, perfumes, sweat or chemicals, improper storage or care, or allergic reactions (unless caused by incorrect product description). Gold-plated jewelry may naturally fade over time — this is not a manufacturing fault.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem.

🌏 Customs & Import Duties +
International orders that meet or exceed the following thresholds may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery:
✦ New Zealand: Orders over NZD $1,000
✦ United States: Orders over USD $800
✦ Canada: Orders over CAD $20
✦ Philippines: Orders over PHP 10,000
These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Craft&Luxe is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs.
